Penn State Time-Lapse Seismic Consortium

Consortium Structure:

The Consortium will last three years beginning July 1, 1998 and will cost $15,000 per year per member. The Consortium will be directed by Peter B. Flemings at The Pennsylvania State University. The director will be responsible for research projects undertaken by the Consortium. There will be an Industrial Advisory Board of one representative from each member. This board will make recommendations on the research projects carried out by the Consortium. Technical decisions on research directions will be the responsibility of the Director with input from the Advisory Board.
