Bathemetry Data from NOAA updated in 2005

To view a .ps from GMT using ghostscript:

The path on the UNIX workstations is /opt/local/gs-7.00/bin/gs for ghostscript

Another way to view a .ps from GMT:

1. vi the .ps file
2. search for 'setpage' by typing in: /setpage
3. type: dd (this removes the line)
4. type: :wq (saves the file and exits)
or use some other texteditor to delete that 'setpage' line

Information on GMT Man pages from Tom C.:

1. Man pages for gmt 3.3.6 are now installed. To use them, append /opt/local/gmt-3.3.6/man to your MANPATH variable.

2. There's a link /opt/local/gmt-3.0 to the ems installation (/opt/local/ems/gmt). Again, this should be added to the path and GMTHOME variables if it is to be used.
